FAQs

What are my parking options?

There is FREE parking at the SRC above ground and in the underground parking lot. Please bring your ticket with you to be reimbursed.

Why can I only purchase one ticket at a time?

We need to be able to contact each person individually regarding breakout session registration and dietary restrictions. Watch for emails when breakout sessions become available.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Kosher meals will be served at the conference. Please do not bring any outside food. We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle if you desire.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets are transferrable in advance up to 1 week before the event or upon UJA discretion. Please contact Natalie to discuss.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

In an effort to reduce waste, we encourage you to bring your ticket on your cell phone if possible.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable! See above.
